No matter what you do to be nice and kind to people in all aspects of your life, there will always be someone or more than one who will belittle you, make you feel worthless, incompetent and trashy. They talk or even laugh behind your back. It will really make you sick to your stomach and demoralized you at some point but when you encounter these kind of people don’t retaliate instead be happy and sorry for them at the same time. Happy because they even thought of you rather than minding their own pathetic lives. Sorry because they don’t know the words empathy and altruism. Their complete ignorance, lack of feeling and understanding on many levels clearly reflect and prevent them from having healthy and long-lasting relationship.
